FARMER SHOT BY SON
A FIRESIDE TRAGEDY LONDON, May 1. Mr. G. T. Kelway,. Deputy Coroner for South Pembrokeshire, recorded a verdict of accidental death at Narberth vesterday on Mr. Hugh Perkins, of Ramshorn Farm Templeton, Narberth, who was shot with a single-barrel sporting gun by his. five-year-old son while reading a newspaper in front of his kitchen fire. w He said that “the only mercifm thing’’ about the tragedy was that the man died instantly. Eveline Davies an employee at the farm, said that Mr. and Mrs. Perkins and their son were sitting in the kitchen when Mrs. Perkins said that she was going to/clear out the settle. While doing this she placed three guns on the table, and a few minutes later she heard a loud explosion.
