KING SOLOMON. fNVERCARGILL, May 8. The return at the King Solomon mine this week was 320 z 2dwt. MOSSY CREEK. The Mossy Creek Dredging Company last week secured a return of 88 ozs 18 dwts of gold from 12,018yds. of material in 136 hours. ARGO DREDGE. The Argo Dredging Company last week secured a return of 60ozs of gold from 13,000 yards in 122 hours. OKARITO DREDGE. DUNEDIN. May 11. Okarito dredge return: 10 ozs 3 dwts for 122 hours. GRIFFEN AND SMITH. The contract for the erection of new premises in Weld Street, Hokitika, for Messrs Griffen and Smith, has been secured by Mr. P. R. Whitford. The structure will have a. frontage of 66ft. and a depth of 140 ft. The situation is that of the garage until recently occupied by West Coast Motors, Ltd.
