REFERENCE TO <VIDOW. LONDON, June 25. The will of the lato Sir Robert John Collie, of Porchester-terrace, Bayswater, was referred to in the Probate Court yesterday, when ’ease was sought to expunge, from the probate certain words contained in the will which, it. was said, were defamatory of Lady'Collie. Counsel for the. executors said without an order of the court there was no power to omit, these words. The executors wanted to protect themselves in expunging the words complained of.
