Debuchi arrives, with a staff of six at Sydney on August la. A few hours later, he proceeds to New Zealand, and returns to Sy<lne.' on September 1. when he will be receixcd bv the Governor-Genera!, Latei, l.e will be the guest of the Government, which is making elaborate arrangements for his visits to Canberra. Sydney and Melbourne. M. Debuchi will remain here about two weeks.
