NAZIS TAUNT POLICE CHIEF

GIFT OF BANNED PAPER. VIENNA/May 27. The daring little weekly publication called “Ulcor” (illegal news agency correspondence), which the Austrian Nazis distribute to large numbers of ; persons, published in its last issue a note to the head of the Austrian political police, Herr Weiser. This said the Nazis were sorry he had had so much trouble in trying to discover where the paper was edited and who were on its staff. To help him in his task he would receive every week an advance copy of “Ulcor” at his office. The Nazis kept their word and sent him the paper. They now announce that they are glad he has found it so useful as they learn that he has had the envelope photographed and issued orders to all police commissariats and post offices to arrest anyone seen postiifg similar envelopes. The Nazis wish him good luck, but express fear that he will not be successful.
