Harley and Co., Ltd. will offer at their rooms at 7 o’clock, the leases of eight sections in the Kilgour Estate, Marsden Road. The term of the lease will be 21 years with the perpetual right of renewal or the purchase of the freehold. There is no capitaj outlay for goodwill or improvements. All of the sections are ready for building and should meet with a ready demand as there is a distinct, shortage of sections in Greymouth. The Railway Department is inviting tenders for the sweeping of chimneys in Railway buildings and houses.
