SWIMMING. [BY CABT.E—PBESS ASSN.—-COPYRIGHT.] SYDNEY, March 21. The Women’s Swimming Championship Carnival concluded at Coogee baths, to-night. The chief event, 880 yards championship of New South Wales, was won’ by the New Zealander, Mona Leydon, from Marion Cockburn, and Hazel Wagner, by twenty-five yards in 12.35 3-5. The State record formerly was 12.9 4-5, held_by Edna Davey, who has now retired. . Miss Leydon also competed in a heat for the hundred yards, wherein she finished third. CYCLE ROAD RACE.
