The Greymouth Jockey Club’s Summer Meeting is being concluded at Omoto racecourse to-day, in fine weather. The attendance is larger than that at yesterday’s racing, and •the track is in, excellent order. The Greymouth Municipal Band is again in attendance/, rendering an appropriate programme. Sir Leighton was first out, followed by Rhoderick Dhu, and Nautipol. Sundancer was last away. Sir Leighton held a length lead until two furlongs from home, where he bled, and, was pulled up. In a good finish, Sundancer, who had run into second place at the entrance to the straight, overhauled Quebec, but Nautipol on the rails, finished best, to win well from Sundancer. Truman took up the running from i Golden Square, Shore Leave, Erin’s '.Beauty and Stella Derby, and there .was no change in the order until the bend into the straight.. Stella Derby then moved up fast, on the outside, but Truman carried on to’. win comfortably from Stella Derby, who was a length from Golden Square. Fanny Bingen was fourth, followed by Erins Beauty. After some delay at the bar--rier Haulbowline jumped out best, and Sok up the running from Imperia Spear, Royal Amphora, Monipere-and White Doe. There was no change In the order until the straight was reached when Monipere came fast on the outside, and drew level with Haulbowline at the distance. Monipere on to win well, with Haulbowline in second place, and Wino third. Imperial Spear was fourth, and then came White Doe. Tote £748. . G Salt, rider of Riri, suffered an injury to his nose through his being struck by the barrier as it rose. Salt was given attention in the ambulance room.
