LATE MESSAGE
WELLINGTON, December 24. The liner Strathnaver, from Auckland, entered the Heads shortly alter seven o’clock this morning, and was soon at the wharves, where she was berthed quickly and without trouble. The passengers who have been travelling overland will rejoin the ship here, and she will leave at 6 p.m. for Sydney. A party of ex-service passengers paid a visit to the” citizens War Memorial this morning, when Major W. T. Lar combe, of the Australian Comfort Fund, laid a wreath.
