N.Z. FILM
SYDNEY, December 20
Mr Schmitt, the New Zealand Trade Commissioner, has been advised that the publicity film, “Romantic New Zealand,’’ is having a most successful run in Queensland. The film was shown at Brisbane, during the Duke’s visit, there, at the St. James’ Theatre for two weeks, 'rhe audiences freely applauded the picture, demonstrating their enthusiasm. The theatre manager declared that the film had captured the public imagination more than anything of its kind that had yet been exhibited. Certainly the film should afford valuable publicity for the Dominion. The film is now on its way to Bundaberg, Rockhampton, and Townsville. Thence it will be exhibited in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.
