What is believed to be the wreck of the Coramba, which foundered. 0n November 30, has been located in twenty-two fathoms of water, two miles e'ast of Phillip Island. Building statistics submitted by the assessor to the Metropolitan Water Sewerage Board show an increase of £1,337,037 in value of new buildings in the metropolitan area this year, compared with 1933, when the total value was £2,214,503. The- High Court of Australia decided to-day that Scottish Gaelic, In which the anti-war delegate,' Egan Kisch, was subjected to his dictation test; was not a European language within the meaning of the Commonwealth Immigration Act. The High Court of Australia thus upheld Kisch’s appeal, and quashed his conviction as a prohibited immigrant, The Court ordered the .Crown 'to pay the costs of all of the legalproceedings to date. Mr Justice Starke was the only dissenting Judge among the five on the bench; ;
