ANTI-JEWISH RESOLUTION [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] LONDON, December 18. A message from Montreux says: The Fascist Congress passed a resolution to create an International Fascist Centre within the framework of the International Committee at Rome. The Congress also condemned the Jewish minorities, accusing them of exercising evil influences. SIR O. MOSLEY. . LONDON, December 18/ At the Sussex Assizes, the Judge ruled there was no evidence for a jury, and discharged Sir O. Mosley and three co-defendants, on charges of assault.
