Renewals: Area of 60 acres in Block V, Oparara Survey District, J. R. Simpson.—Resolved to grant a renewal of Timber Splitting License for a further period of two years. Delaney.—Resolved to cancel permit. Expenditure of Thirds: —The Takaka County Council forwarded proposals for the expenditure of thirds amounting to £B/7/10 accrued to 31.3.34. —Approved. The Conservator of State Forests, Nelson, forwarded proposals by Local Bodies as under for the expenditure of fifths and tenths of revenue from State Forests. —Buller County Council 1.7.34 —30.9.34 £l6 13/1; Inangahua County Council period 1.7.34—30.9.34, £B9/19/6; Collingwood County Council, period 1.7.34 —30.9.34, 12/7. —Approved.
