PROJECTED DEPARTURES. Kalingo, Sydney, to-morrow. Te Aroha, Hokitika, early. Omana, Brisbane, early. Alexander, Dargaville, early. SHIPPING NOTES. The Rata sailed last night, for Napier. The Titoki arrived last evening from Westport, and sailed early this afternoon, for Nelson. The Te Aroha is due this afternoon, from Westport. The- Kalingo is to sail to-morrow, for Sydney. The Alexander leaves Wellington to-day, for Nelson and Greymouth. On arrival she will load for Dargaville.
The Omana is due to-day from Auckland, to load timber for Brisbane and Newcastle. The Poolta leaves New Plymouth this evening, for Greymouth. The Kaimai leaves Wellington on Monday, taking cargo for Greymouth. The John is due this afternoon, from New Plymouth. Captain S. Hewitt, of the Kaimiro, has gone to Auckland for holidays. Mr. P. Morrison is joining the Omana as chief engineer. Mr. H. W. Insley is joining the Omana as second engineer in place of Mr. H. Simmonds, who transfers to the Narbada. Mr. W. A. Pimm has replaced Mr. N. Collins as second mate on the Rata.
