PRISONERS SENTENCED
WELLINGTON DECISIONS. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, June 28. Prisoners were sentenced as follow by His Honor. Mr Justice Blair, in the Supreme Court: — Patrick Thomas Burke, 38, five charges of breaking, entering and theft, five years on each charge,concurrent. also declared an habitual criminal. Edward Woods, 23, two charges of breaking, entering and theft, reformative detention not exceeding three years. Albert, William Burton, 35. forgery. twelve months' imprisonment, concurrent with the sentence lie is al present undergoing. George Edward Dill. IS, theft and arson. Borstal detention not exceeding three years. Donald McMillan. 20, two charges of theft from a dwelling, reformative detention not exceeding two years. Isaac Johnson, 2-1. breaking and entering, with intent to commit a crime, reformative detention not exceeding three years. Henry Bartlett, indecent assault, two charges, five years’ hard labour, concurrent.
