UNLUCKY LOTTERY
WINNERS OF FIRST PRIZE DIE. SYDNEY, May 2. Two men who drew first prize in the State lottery have died. A little more than twelve months ago, Walter Palfreyman and Ernest Vickery, both of Corrimal, drew first prize in a lottery. Six months later Palfreyman died in Wollongong Hospital, after a short illness. On Monday, Vickery, 56, was found at his home with his throat cut. There was a bloodstained razor on the floor.
