COMMONS PASSES BILL. [by CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] LONDON, March 16. The North Atlantic Shipping Bill passed its third reading in the House of Commons. Sir Stafford Cripps said that the Labour Party believed this measure, to be one of those vicious ways in which Captialism wasted resources, and Labour only supported it because it gave the hope of employment.
