FARMERS AND MORTGAGES. MELBOURNE, November 12. Speaking at the meeting of the Primary Producers’ Restoration League, Mr H. Griffiths declared that thousands of the farmers are dreading a return of better times. “I am credibly informed,” he added, “that certain financial institutions are just waiting to make a clean up.”
