RATES for the period commencing on the first day of April, 1933. and ending 31st March, 1934; — (1) A General Rate under Section 77 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, of 2/- (two shillings) in the pound on the annual value on the Valuation Roll of all rateable property in the Borough of Brunner. (2) A Hospital and Charitable An Rate under Section 41 of the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, of 1/3 (one shilling and threepence) in the pound on the annual value on the Valuation Roll of all rateable property in the Borough of Brunner, such rate being required to meet contributions payable to the Grey Hospital Board. (3) A Special Bridge Rate of Id (one penny) in the pound on the annual value on the Valuation Roll of all rateable prpperty in the Borough of Brunner, such rate being required to meet interest on Bridge Loan. (4) A Lighting Rate, under Section 83 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, of 3d (threepence) in the pound on the annual value on the Valuation Roll of all rateable property in the Borough of Brunner.

Also the above rates will be payable in one instalment at the Council Chambers on the 12th dav of SEPTEMBER, 1933.
