RUNANGA TO-NIGHT. - “Chandu, The Magician,” will be screened at Runanga to-night, and '“Worldly Goods” Sunday night. WALLSEND SUNDAY. “The Wiser 'Sex” will be screened at Wallsend to-night. THE GREYMOUTH PLAYLOVERS. Since their first performance three years ago, the Greymouth Playlovers have occupied a high position among local entertainments, and each production is eagerly awaited not ' only by enthusiasts of modern drama but also by all who enjoy a. good evening’s entertainment. The first production this year, the well-known Hawtrey comedy “The Private Secretary” will be staged at the Town Hail on August 7 and 8, and as it is one of the most amusing plays everproduced in London, the choice is sure to be popular with Greymouth audiences. A strong cast has been selected by the producer, Mrs A. C. Dickson, who, following her usual practice, is developing- .the talent of as many young players as possible, at the same time taking full advantage of the experience of more mature players.
