N SHIPPING NOTES. The Huia sailed, last night, for Westport. The Kaimiro sailed to-day, for Wellington and Miramar. •• The Kartigi sailed to-day, s timber laden, for Melourne and Adelaide.

The Gabriella arrived this morning from Auckland, via Westport. She will load timber for Sydney. The Karepo leaves Wellington this afternoon, taking Greymouth cargo. She is due on Monday to load timber and coal for Wellington. The Kaimiro returns about Friday from. .Wellington. She will load coal for Napier and Auckland, completing at Westport.

The Orepuki leaves Welington, today, and Nelson on Monday, for Westport; and Greymouth, with' general cargo. She is due on Wednesday morning, and after discharge will load coal for Picton.

The Rata’s cargo, from Wellington, will be transhipped to the Orepuki, at Nelson, on Monday.
