Dominions’ Office circles deprecate the impression existing in some quarters that the butter restriction negotiations have ended. They admit that no further meetings have been arranged. MORE STATE AID. RUGBY, March 7. Major Elliott introduced the Government’s Agricultural Marketing Bill in the House of Commons yesterday. The Bill embodies proposals for improving the farming industry of Britain in several directions.
