SHIPPING NOTES The Gael arrived last night from Wellington, and sailed this morning for Hokitika. The Alexander is due to-morrow from Wellington, via, Nelson and Tarakohe, with general cargo. ■ She will proceed to Westport, after discharge, to load coal for Picton. The Kini was to leave Dunedin yesterday for Westport and Greymouth, via Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth. The Kanna is due to-day from Westport, to load timber for Sydney and Newcastle. The Karepo is due to-morrow from Auckland, via Westport, with general cargo. She will complete loading coal and timber for Wellington and Auckland. The Rata arrived this afternoon from Wanganui, with general cargo. She will sail this evening, for Westport, to load coal for Nelson.
