R- McKenzie, Miss Adams was dismised by McKenzie’s in March last, as the result of the activities of the representative of an Australian firm of ‘ Internal Auditors” and staff investigations Judgment was given for plaintiff ioi one week’s wages claimed, Tn lieu of notice, amounting to £2 7s 6d, with costs. Leave to appeal was granted. Secuiity was fixed at the amount of the judgment, with costs and £ 7 7s.
