—o ... SENTENCED FOR CARELESSNESS. NICE, June 29. Lord Glenarthur was to-day given a suspended sentence of two months’ imprisonment on a charge of careless driving of a motor-car. Nice. In a humble shop near the sea front is the followng notice: “Car's for hire at moderate prices. Apply Cecil Glenarthur.” The name “Cecil Glenarthur” conceals the identity of Lord Glenarthur. “I came to the Riviera,” he declared in a recent interview, “hoping to start a cabaret and a night club. But I lost what little money I had in that venture.”
