HOKITIKA, July 29. Arrived at 7.15 a.m., Gael, from Greymouth. LONDON, July 28. ' Sailed: Tainui, from Kingston; Aprangi, from Honolulu; Otira, from Balboa; Port Hobart, from Savannah; Canadian Cruiser,- from Quebec. SHIPPING NOTES The Gael arrived yesterday afternoon from Westport, and sailed early this morning for Hokitika. The Kiwitea sailed this morning with coal and timber for Auckland. The Karepo is scheduled to sail on Tuesday, with timber, for Melbourne and Adelaide.
The Rata sailed this afternoon, with coal, for Nelson, via Tarakohe.
WELLINGTON-SYDNEY RUN.
SYDNEY, July 28. The Monowai radioed that she expects to reach Sydney at 2 p.m. tomorrow, instead of on Saturday, If so, she will break her own. record from Wellington to Sydney of 71 hours by two hours. 1 '
