Detectives have already questioned about thirty men in connection with the death of Miss Hilda White, formerly of New Zealand, whose murder in Centennial Park, Sydney, at night was cabled yesterday. The affair is a complete mystery. The police have not overlooked the theory of robbery, as the, victim’s handbag was discovered two hundred yards from the body. ASKS TO BE HANGED. 1 SYDNEY, July 29. William Moxley, sentenced to death for the murder of Frank Wilkinson and Dorothy Denzel, has written to the Minister of Justice (Mr Meertin) asking- that the sentence be carried out.
