HAROLD PRESCOTT RECITAL A splendid programme has been arranged for the Harold Prescott recital, which will take place at the Town Hall, Thursday next, and all musiclovers who attend can be assured of a pleasurable evening’s entertainment. Mr Prescott will be heard in operatic dramatic and classical songs, and the popularity that this gifted artist has in the past achieved, is a sufficient guarantee of the success that, his items will prove. In addition to Mr Prescott’s own selections, the programme sot down for his recital also contains items by some of Greymouth’s ioading artists and advanced nup-ls. They are Miss Mona Hannan, A.T.C.L.. elocutionist; Mr 11. Ashurst, violinist; Mrs Edith Wright, soprano: Mr Eve Boote. tenor: Mr Jack Boucher, baritone; Mr Arthur Nicholson, tenor; and Mr S. Nightingale, baritone. The accompanist is Miss Voney Millar. The Box Plan opens at the Bristol on Monday, where reservations can be made without extra cost.
