CALCUTTA, April 7. The Indian Government id'ecided not to allow the All India National Congress to meet. So long as civil disobedience is pursued the Government vyill not countenance any Congress meeting. Pandit Mandan Mohan, President Elect of the Indian National Cpfl- 1 gress, interviewed, declared that so far as the Congress was concerned, the preparations would proceed for the Delhi Conference. A movement is afoot for counter demonstrations, and hundreds of Moslems, including many traders, are forming an association to combat the Congress boycott activities, which are seriously interfering with their trade.
