Auckland on two charges of selling milk containing less than 3’ { per cent, of milk fat, and of selling milk containing added coloring matter known as annatto. He pleaded guilty. The health inspector said the first offence might have been due to the fact that the milk had not been stirred. The charge in respect of the second offence was the first of its kind in Auckland.
