Arrived: Monfowai, from Wellington. SHIPPING NOTES. The Alexander left Wellington on Thursday for Grey direct with general cargo. She is due to-night, a,nd after discharge she will load coal and timber for Nelson. The Poolta leaves Bluff on February 20, for Greymouth, via East Coast ports, with cargo. The Kini was due to leave Dunedin on Thursday for Greymouth. The vessel is due on Friday next, and will complete a cargo of coal for Wellington, Napier and Gisborne.

Tho Karepo is due to-night, to load for Picton and Auckland. She is scheduled to return on February 20 to load timber for Melbourne and Sydney.

The Miro, with explosives, is en route from Auckland to Greymouth. The Kalingo will leave Sydney on February 17, and Newcastle on February 19, for Greymouth, via Napier, with cargo. The .vessel is due the first week in March, to load timber for Sydney and Newcastle.

The Kaimai is due from Wellington on Monday to load coal and timber for Miramar and Wellington. The Kiwitea is du© on Friday from Auckland to load coal for Wellington and Auckland.
