N.Z. DELEGATES.’ OPINION. [BY CABLE —PBESS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] SYDNEY, February 13. Speaking at the Millions Club, Mr Albert Spencer, New Zealand delegate to the International Labour Con. ference at Geneva, said: In my opinion, nothing much can come of the resolutions passed at the conference. It was an impossible problem to equalise labour conditions throughout the world. Behind the scenes at conference was much intrigue and wire pulling.
