Mr. and Mrs G. Wright, Wataroa, left, this morning, for Christchurch.
Mr. A. Smith left, this morning, on a visit to Christchurch.
'Mr. and Mrs. J. Forrest left this morning, on a visit to Christchurch.
Mrs S. Baddeley who has been on an extended holiday to her parents, Mr and Mrs J. Armstrong, Runanga, returned to Hamilton this morning.
The death is announced from London, of Right Hon. Thomas Richards, formerly a leading Labour M.P., and ex-secretary of the Miners’ Federation. He was born in 1859. Guests at Revington’s include: — •Messrs J'. Lawless, C. S. Grundy, A. J. Robertson (Christchurch), R. E. Crawford (Dunedin), F. D. Sheppard (Wellington). Mr B. V. Wright, of Timaru, has been transferred to the Bank of New Zealand at Dunedin. Mr Wright is one of the best known amateur golfers in New Zealand.
