BILLIARDS LONDON, November 8. Billiards result: McConachy 10,869 (including breaks of 536, and 420). Inman 10,257. Newspapers agree that McConachy ■has' improved 25 per cent. His stroke 4>lay is unsurpassed, and his cannon game has strengthened. The papers are. of the opinion that if Lindrum is absent, McConachy would be a serious rival for the championship, and suggest that the English champion should play Lindrum for the world’s championship.
