Black, Mayor of Dunedin, is standing for Dunedin North as an unofficial United Coalitionist. Mr John McDonald Will stand for Dunedin West as an Ind&pendent Liberal. BULLER CANDIDATE. WESTPORT, October 6. Mr H. R. Young, A.M., 1.C.E., principal in the Associated Collieries, Westport, is definitely announced as the Cbalition candidate for the Buller electorate against Mr H. E. Holland,) Leader of the Opposition. Mr Young is the second son of the late Mr R. A. Young, former engineer, Westport Harbour Board, and brother to Mr H. A. Young, S.M., Christchurch.
