MACAROON TARTS. 4 ozs. Fether-Flake, 2 stiffly beaten whites of eggs; 4 ozs sugar; 2 ozs dessicated cocoanut; essense of lemon; jam. Roll Fether-Flake thin, cut in rounds and line patty pans. Put spoonful of jam in each and then spoonfill of mixture. Bake in good oven about 15 minutes. BANANA SURPRISES. Peel bananas, cut into small pieces, put pieces on the pastry (Fether-Flake rolled thin), cut into rounds. Brush with milk, sprinkle with sugar. Bake in hot oven 20 minutes.
