[OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] REEFTON, May 6. Mr Harman Reeves, of Dunedin, was a visitor to Reefton at last weekend, inspecting a mining property on the Snowy River. Mr and Mrs L. Walker, of Feilding, are visiting Reefton, and are the guests of Mrs Walker’s mother, Mrs J. Osbourne. Mrs E. T. Maindonald left for Christchurch on a holiday visit yesterday. Mr G .Pettigrew, who has been on a visit to Reefton, inspecting various
■ ■ mining properties, left for Christchurch yesterday. ’ Miss V. Collis left for Christchurch yesterday. Miss Myrtle O’Connell, who has been visiting Mrs Magee at Reefton, - returned to Christchurch yesterday. The ticket presented by Newman ■ ' Bros, to the Girl Guides for a trip around the Coast by the White Star Motor Service, has been won by Miss M. Harold.
