The naval negotiations were continued throughout, the day in Rome. Mr Henderson, and Mr Alexander discussed technical questions involved with Signor Grand! and Admiral Sirianni at the Palace Chagi for some hours in the afternoon. The British Ministers discussed naval accord project for an hour wtih Signoi* Mussolini. Signor Grand! and Admiral Sirianne were also present. Discussions will be continued to-mor-row.

Signor Gandi gave a banquet tonight in honour of the British visitors.
