BISHOPS EVADE PUBLICITY.

Although the Anglican Bishops from throughout the Empire have been discussing vital problems for more than a month, nothing beyond a vague, colourless resume has been allowed to escape from the conference chamber. The - Church people are protesting against such a. “hush-hush” policy, and they want to know what; the Bishops are thinking about divorce, birth control, and the admission of women to the priesthood. Answers to the last two questions may be given when a report is published on August 15, says the “News and Chronicle.”
