The frock is made with a fitting hip-yoke, a belt at the normal waistline, and stitched bands of material by way of trimming while the three-Quarter coat has the modish cape-collar. The suit is carried out in tweed in the new shade known as "red-pepper," while the little cape is made of very soft fell, to tone.
