GRIEF OVER CAT’S DEATH
PARIS, November 29.
Grieved because their favourite cat had died, Paul Fillet, an architect, and his wife committed suicide. Scattered about the room where they died were the bodies of prize-winning pets, including 20 canaries, an Angora rabbit, white mice, and guinea, pigs, which the couple had apparently decided ought not-to survive them.
