AFGHAN REVOLT
RINGLEADERS EXECUTED. (By Cable—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Recd. March 15, 9.50 a.m.) DELHI, March 14. The Shinwari’tribesmen concerned in the recent revolt in Afghanistan have accepted all the Government’s de. mands after a three days’ conference, and have agreed to return the arms, which were looted at Lorkham, to pay the land revenue, and a fine of £lO,OOO. Five ringleaders have been executed, having been blown from the mouth of guns. The Jalalbad tribal territory is being occcuied by 13.000 troops.
