DEMENTED MOTHER
KILLS CHILDREN AND SELF. (By Cable—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Recd. December 7, 11 a.m.) BRISBANE, December 6. A shocking tragedy occurred at Surat as the result of which Mrs Ruby Miller and her two children Robert, aged 12, and Joyce aged one, are dead, and two other girls are in a critical condition. A blood-stained axe and razor were found in the room. It is believed that the woman murdered the two children with the axe, rendered the other two unconscious, then cut her own throat with a razoy. The husband was absent at the time.
