PROSPECTOR’S FATE. PERTH, November 13. A message from Broome states that the police have failed to find any trace of the prospector, Frank Banham, whose decayed cart and stores were found in August in the Marble Bar distinct of the north-west. Banham probably went in search of his horse and never returned. The animal had since been seen wandering, and natives reported having discovered a white man’s bones. Banham has not bepn seen for two years. A letter was found in his cart from his sister in Adelaide, but it was signed with her Christian name only, and tho street address was not given.
