SUN BATHS AND AIR BATHS. The present craze for sun and air baths seems to be_ world-wide, and most people seem to benefit from the practice. All the same, there are dangers to be avoided 'in the game. We may decide to take a sun or air bath a little early in the season,' or when there is a nip in the air which is not very apparent to us.
