COMMISSION OF INQUIRY. (Per Press Association.) HAMILTON, November 30. After protracted negotiations, a document was signed by Bishop Cherrington and Dean Barnett agreeing that Archbishop Averill shall appoint a commission to inquire into the question, raised by the Bishop as to the suitability of Barnett to retain the Deanery. '■ The commission will consist of Archbishop Averill, and two Auckland assessors, a clergyman and layman. Evidence will be heard privately in Hamilton. The interim injunction of the Supreme Court restraining the Bishop from taking other action against the Dean, will probably be withdrawn.
