EXPORT FORBIDDEN. 8 „ M (By Cable—Press Assn. —Copyright.) \ SYDNEY, November 27. 1 The Federal Ministry has caused a sensation by issuing a proclamation, prohibiting the exportation of sheep that are now being loaded for Russia. Nearly the whole of five thousand sheep have been loaded aboard the steamer Thalatta, which is due to sail to-morrow. The Thalatta is a Norwegian ship, and the sheep comprise’ rams and ewes. The purchase was made on behalf of the Government of the Soviet Republic.
