Dicesare Rossi was sentenced to 30 years’ imprisonment, after three and abalf hours’ trial, on a charge of committing, in association with antiFascisti and the Reds, acts designed to provoke armed risings or civil war, organising to overthrow the Govern•ment, and attempts on Mussolini's life.
