PUBLIC NOTICES BRUNNER BOROUGH. •VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brunner Borough Council will hold a SPECIAL MEETING, to be held at the Council Chambers, Wallsend, at 7 p.m. on TUESDAY, September 9/ 1929, to MAKE and LEVY the following RATES for the year ending March 31/1930, namely: (1) A General Rate under Section 77 of the Municipal Corporation Act, 1920, of 2/6 in the £1 on the annual value on the valuation roll of all rateable property in the Borough of Brunner. (2) A Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate under Section 41 of the* Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, of 4d in the £l, on the annual value on the valuation roll of all rateable property in the Borough of,Brunner, such rate being required to meet contributions payable to the Grey River Hospital Board. (3) A Special Bridge Rate of Id in the £1 on the annual value on the valuation roll of all rateable property in the Borough of Brunner, such rate being required to meet the interest on the Bridge Loan. (4) A Lighting Rate, under Section 83 of the Municipal Corporation Act, 1920, of 4d in the £1 on the annual value on the valuation roll of all rateable property in the Borough of Brunner. ALSO, that the above rates will be payable in one instalment at the Borough Council Office, Wallsend, on the 15th day of SEPTEMBER, 1929.
