Sir, —As a. constant reader of the “Star” I must congratulate you on your conclusions over the stoppage at Blackball, which has resulted in the loss of wages to the extent of £l5OO and a fruitless attempt to break clause 21. It is safe to say that the Blackball workers will not be caught by the Communists and extremists so easily again. The victimisation stunt, attempted by one individual, who has a greatly exaggerated value of his own importance, was completely exploded.—l am, etc., BLACKBALL MINER. Blackball, Jan. 25.
